It’s the season of the Brussel Sprouts

Although available all year round, this hearty winter vegetables peak season is from September through to mid-February.

The Sprout is a member of the cabbage family and a good source of Vitamin A & C, Potassium, Folate, Iron and Fibre.

Love or hate them the Brussel Sprouts are viewed by many as an essential Christmas dinner vegetable.

Don’t forget to add them to your basket in the run up to Christmas!
